Salt & Pepper
Olive oil and Butter
1 thin Chopstick
Cookie tray or Casserole

These are also wonderful when made with yams.
![]() Fish Potatoes??? Well not really... These are cut to look like a fish tail, and boy are they fun to eat! This is a great way to get kids to eat potatoes with out traditional frying. They are oven baked and packed with flavor because of all the nooks and crannies. Yukon Gold Potatoes Salt & Pepper Olive oil and Butter 1 thin Chopstick Cookie tray or Casserole ![]() Peel your potatoes. ![]() Cut in half the long way. ![]() Take your chopstick and place it on the cutting board. Then place your potato next to it. Make thin cuts all along the top, not going all the way through the potato. This is where the chopstick is helpful. I've taken this picture from the front so you can see how the knife gets stopped by the chopstick. ![]() Perfect! ![]() Oil or butter the bottom of your tray or casserole. ![]() Place the potatoes in and add olive oil on top as well as salt & pepper. ![]() Bake on 350 until they are golden and crispy. ![]() I have a hard time getting them to the plate. They seem to have a mouth magnet in them! These are also wonderful when made with yams.
