1/2 cup Mayo (click here for home-made recipe)
2-3 tsp. Red Wine, Champagne Vinegar or Lemon Juice
1-2 tsp. Ume Vinegar
1/2 tsp. Onion Powder
Cracked Pepper to taste
1/2 tsp. Dill and/or Dried Basil
(Optional) Cayenne to taste
Water as needed for desired consistency
Try using one of the aioli recipes instead of the mayo.
Great on salad, as a cucumber marinade or atop braised potatoes!
